Impact Resistant Door GlassMuch better looking than storm shutters and with none of the hassles of preparing windows for a storm. Impact-resistant glass is designed specifically for severe weather and high wind areas, including Florida's Wind-borne Debris Region and High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) and Texas' Gulf Coast Area. It meets the impact resistance codes and requirements of Florida, Texas, and the Department of Defense, among others. The patented white aluminum frame adds strength to your door, and the impact-resistant laminated glass on the exterior and tempered safety glass on the interior can contribute to the secure feeling you’ll experience when the winds start howling! Thermally sealed glass is insulated for air- and water-tight performance. It also adds a level of noise suppression. Clear doorglass comes in many shapes and sizes. You are sure to find a shape that works for your entry door.
